🕒 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked courier, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
⚡ Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.

This ensures you get the correct item faster and avoids stock delays.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Personalised/custom items

Swimwear, underwear or earrings
⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the item showing the issue
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
