Shipping policy

📦 Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order — but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

🕒 Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.


💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


⚡ Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.

  • This ensures you get the correct item faster and avoids stock delays.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised/custom items

  • Swimwear, underwear or earrings


⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item showing the issue

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
